During his stint at ISRO Dr. Diwakar served as Associate Director, Earth Observation System; Programme Director, Earth Observation & Disaster Management System; Deputy Director, National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Hyderabad; Director, Earth Observation & Disaster Management; Scientific Secretary of ISRO, Bengaluru and Honorary Distinguished Professor, ISRO.
He is author of more than 100 publications in National & International Journals and Symposiums.
