Dr. Himanshi Jangir - Research

Dr. Himanshi Jangir, Assistant Professor at UPES's School of Health Sciences and Technology, has been awarded the 2024 Sree Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Research Grant for Agriculture by the Sree Padmavathi Venkateswara Foundation (Sree PVF) in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Her project, 'A Novel Eco-Friendly Nano-Agriculture Strategy for Small-Marginal Farmers of Higher Himalayas: A Nano-Pyrite Based Seed/Root/Shoot Treatment Approach for Improving Potato Yield and Dairy Green Fodder Production,' aims to enhance agricultural practices in the Higher Himalayas. The project will receive funding support of INR 47,96,000 over two years.
