With a career spanning over 37 years at the Tata Group, Hasit Kaji has played an important role in driving TCS’s growth and leading Tata Power’s digital transformation into a “Utility of the Future.” His expertise lies in organizational change, leveraging design thinking, AI, and data to enable business transformation.
As Chief Digital and Information Officer at Tata Power, he spearheaded an organization-wide analytics program, launched a Digital Academy, and established a dedicated design team to foster innovation and agile development. His previous roles at TCS include serving as the Global SAP Practice Leader, Head of Energy & Utilities, and the creator of Digital Impact.
