Shaon Sengupta is the Country Leader for Kyndryl Vital India, specializing in service design, design strategy, and customer experience. With nearly two decades of experience, she collaborates with C-suite executives across industries to drive innovation and deliver transformative business outcomes.
Before joining Kyndryl, Shaon served as Studio Director at Philips Design Bangalore and Head of Design for Philips India, where she expanded the Philips Design Studio into the largest outside the Netherlands.
A thought leader, Shaon has received multiple international awards, including the iF and Red Dot awards. She was also honored with the Next-Gen Women Leader Award (Zinnov, 2022) and the Srijan Shakti National Award (2025, World Design University).
