Azmina Poddar is a highly accomplished and creative design leader with over 27 years of experience in driving innovation and transformation across industries, including retail, e-commerce, telecom, and BFSI.
As Managing Director – Experience Design & Creative at Accenture Song, she has positioned Accenture as a leader in creative and design solutions. Previously, as APAC Regional Head at Boston Consulting Group, she expanded design studios across the region and integrated design thinking into consulting solutions. At IBM India, she led a team of 125+ designers, driving user experience transformation.
Azmina has served as a jury member for major design festivals, contributed to design curriculum development, and spoken at global conferences, including IIT Delhi, UX India, and IIM Bangalore.
