On April 28, 2025, the School of Law, UPES, in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI), successfully hosted the Regional Workshop on Competition Law. The workshop brought together legal experts, academicians, and students to explore the evolving dynamics of competition law in India.
The event began with a powerful Keynote Address by Smt. Ravneet Kaur, Chairperson, CCI, who emphasized the importance of fair competition in driving economic growth and protecting consumer interests.
