This week-long international summer school hosted by the School of Liberal Studies and Media, UPES, in collaboration with HSE St. Petersburg, Russia, offers a deep dive into the comparative political and electoral systems of India and Russia. Through masterclasses, expert talks, data visualization workshops, and excursions, students explore democratic processes, governance, and cross-cultural political discourse.

With participation from 24 students (10 from HSE Russia, 4 from France, and 10 from UPES), the event also features a special exhibition, “The Roerichs and India: Bonds of Friendship”, highlighting Indo-Russian artistic ties.
